First they came for the Mexicans and I did not speak out 

    because I was not Mexican.

Then they came for the transgendered and I did not speak out 

    because I was not transgendered.

Then they came for the blacks and I did not speak out 

    because I was not black.

Then they came for me and there was no one left to speak for me.
